In a win by at least two goals if Spain and Japan are drawn
In a win by one goal difference, if Spain and Japan draw and Japan have then scored fewer goals than Germany overall
In a win, when Spain lose to Japan and Germany catch up on goal difference, which is currently eight goals worse than Spain.
So every own victory with a difference of at least eight goals is enough.
If Germany and Spain have the same number of points, goal difference and number of goals scored, first the fair play rating and then the lot decides because of the 1:1 in a direct duel.
