The moments of truth have arrived.
The group stage is behind us, with quite a few surprises, and today (Saturday) the eighth round of the World Cup finals in Qatar is underway.
The ones who open the knockout celebration for us at this time are the Netherlands and the USA, one of which, at the end of this evening, will celebrate qualifying for the big eight.
The Orange, with Cody Gakpo and Memphis Depay in the lineup, obviously want to repeat the successes from the 2010 (runners-up) and 2014 (third place) World Cups.
The Oranges did not qualify for the previous World Cup, and coach Louis Van Gaal has already stated that he will go all the way in Qatar.
The United States, on the other hand, which finished second behind England in Group B after a sweet victory over hated rival Iran, starts with Christian Pulisic, its star in the 11, and Jose Pereira at the forefront of the attack.
