At the end of a rather closed match, Clermont won an important victory this Saturday against Montpellier (19-14), opening the 12th day of Top 14. The Héraultais scored a try, by Bridge in the 44th minute of game, but that was not enough in the face of the success at the foot of Plisson, author of four penalties and the transformation following the test of Godener (48th).
In the standings, Clermont goes back to 8th place and can still consider finishing in the Top 10, while Montpellier (4th) has a three-point lead.
