South Africa winger S'busiso Nkosi has not been heard from since November 11. His club reported him missing to the police

Concern is growing in South Africa.

The winger of the Blue Bulls franchise, world champion with South Africa in 2019, S'busiso Nkosi has not given any sign of life since November 11.

This Saturday, his club explained in a press release that he had been unable to hear from his international winger (26 years old, 16 caps) since the beginning of November.

The franchise of the South African championship therefore reported his disappearance to the local police, who have since opened an investigation.

“Nkosi’s last known contact with a manager, staff member or team dates back to Friday November 11, 2022,” recalls the Blue Bulls press release.

However, the franchise has spared no effort to find its player, who should have participated in the autumn tour in Europe, and therefore face the XV of France, on November 12 in Marseille.

Injured, he could not join the South African group.

The club claims to have made "numerous unsuccessful attempts, which include phone calls, text messages, calls to relatives, partners and close friends as well as four visits to his known place of residence".

In the total absence of news from its player, the franchise has "taken the decision to report his disappearance to the police".

In the group of world champions in 2019, the South African had participated in two meetings in the group stage before taking a place on the bench behind Cheslin Kolbe.

Nkosi had still started the semi-final won against Wales (19-16) in the absence of Kolbe, injured.

Hoping that this is not his last great feat of arms with the Springboks.

His last selection dates back to October 2021 against South Africa.

He scored nine tries for the Springboks.
