First lion storm provided eight of the nine hits in the 9:3 in Landsberg
Landsberg/Bad Tölz – It wasn't quite a repeat of the 12-4 thrashing in the first leg.
But almost: The Tölzer Löwen defeated HC Landsberg in their stadium on Sunday evening 9:3.
The Tölz parade series delivered a gala performance: Ludwig Nirschl (four goals), Nick Huard and Tyler Ward with defenders Erik Gollenbeck and Dillon Eichstadt scored eight of the nine goals.
Talent Justi Späth put on the last one cleverly for talent Dominik Gißibl.

"When she's in a good mood, our front row is hard to stop," says coach Ryan Foster.
"And this time she was in a good mood." The Tölzer Paradesturm was on the move very quickly, "they know where to go," says Foster.
They played strong attacks with clever passes down the barrel or through the box.
And above all, Nirschl executed ice cold, hat trick in the first third.
After a good 18 minutes, the lions were 5:1 ahead.
However, apart from the result, not everything fit the Tölzer coach.
"We had to be outnumbered for five minutes twice, so it's usually difficult to win." There were also unnecessary penalties like Florian Engel's gang check ten minutes before the end with an 8-2 lead.
In addition to the five-minute penalty, there was also a game against the Tölzer.
Or Dillon Eichstadt's return foul against Frantisek Wagner.
"We let ourselves be provoked too much," says Foster.
"Sometimes you have to plug in and move on."
Later it hit only behind Magg
After all, the guests scored one of the well-played goals right at the beginning when they were outnumbered - only for the second time this season.
"Fortunately, otherwise we might have had a really bad start." But the guests quickly made it clear where the journey was headed, even if Walker Sommer scored the equalizer with incredible speed when, despite high speed, he still bypassed goalkeeper Josef Hölzl.
But then it only hit behind the Landsberg goalkeeper Andreas Magg, who was replaced after the first break by Michael Güßbacher.
Plenty of space, used ice-cold
Nevertheless, it went on to the Riverkings goal.
The lions got a lot of space, which Nirschl and Co. knew how to use coldly.
Landsberg's coach Sven Curmann took the blame for it.
"I trained too hard during the week, that was bad preparation for this weekend." The Riverkings went down 7-2 in Peiting on Friday.
The lions also ensured clear conditions.
Foster: "We wanted the three points at all costs, we did that job, that's the most important thing.
And in the end we deserved to win.”
