Brazil vs South Korea today: Selecao with Neymar in the starting XI?
All of Brazil are hoping for Neymar, who has missed the last two games with a ligament injury in his right ankle.
Without the PSG star, the Selecao beat Switzerland 1-0, but in the last group game a B-Elf lost 1-0 to Cameroon.
"He's training this afternoon.
If everything is okay, he will play tomorrow,” said Brazil national coach Tite on Sunday.
But it is not yet clear to what extent the 30-year-old will help his team.
Regarding a possible starting XI, Tite said: "My preference is: the best from the start." However, the fans only find out about two hours before the start of the game whether Neymar is actually in the starting line-up of his head coach.
Brazil vs. South Korea: Head coach Bento criticizes FIFA appointment - "It's not fair"
South Korea's national coach Paulo Bento has a very clear opinion on the subject of the Brazil star and said: "We would have preferred it without Neymar".
The Portuguese, who is returning to the coaching zone after being suspended, criticized the short break between his team's intense last game and the round of 16.
"It's not fair to have to play every game after just 72 hours.
We have to accept it if FIFA decides that," Bento said.

The 53-year-old sees a bonus here for the five-time world champion.
“Brazil have an advantage because they were able to rest a lot of players in the last group game.
That wasn't possible for us," said the head coach.
However, Brazil captain Thiago Silva reiterated that this was the tactic from the start.
"It was worth it, we're fit for South Korea now," said the defender after the loss to Cameroon.
"The Koreans will be more tired than us."
