Varane and Konaté had experienced mild symptoms after the semi-final victory over Morocco (2-0).
They missed practice on Friday and are therefore returning after having lunch with the rest of the team earlier.
Coman, preserved in the last two training sessions after feeling a state of excitement a few hours before the semi-final, was also present for the start of training, at 2:30 p.m.
Hit in the hip and knee respectively, Aurélien Tchouaméni and Théo Hernandez are making their comeback as planned after being content with indoor work the day before.
