Doha - what a game!
Argentina and France fought an epic duel in the World Cup final.

Little came from France until the final phase.
Then Kylian Mbappé finally ignited - and made it 2-2 in less than 100 seconds (80th, 81st).
We summarize the voices surrounding the finale here.
Emiliano Martinez (goalkeeper Argentina) after the game over...

At first we controlled the game, but then we gave it up.
Then the 3:2, then another penalty.
Thank god we made it after all.
It was an unbelievable finale, I would never have dreamed of it.
I have no words."
... the penalty shoot-out: "I always think of the team.
I know I have to parry.
I did what I could."

A monster performance to come back here again.”
