Mats Hummels is too late for his own divorce – Cathy's dig follows promptly

Mats and Cathy Hummels are no longer a married couple.

The two appeared in Munich for the divorce date - but he came too late.

Munich – Mats Hummels (34) and his ex-partner Cathy (34) are divorced.

The two had been separated since the summer of 2021, so now they are no longer officially together.

The

reports on the court date in Munich on Monday morning (December 19, 2022) - the divorce had already been filed in July.

Outwardly, the Borussia Dortmund footballer and the presenter continue to be a common front – after all, they have a son together in Ludwig (4).

Divorce from Cathy: Mats Hummels is ten minutes late

But no divorce is complete without a few inconsistencies, and this one is no different.

The reason: Mats was ten minutes late for his own divorce.

In her Instagram story, Cathy wrote that she was waiting for Mats and: "There are appointments where you shouldn't be late." She also posted a wink smiley.

According to the newspaper, the appointment between the influencer and the ex-Bayern star went smoothly.

The two want to remain closely connected.
