Several cities have been mentioned as candidates to host the games, including Dubai, but the Lithuanian city will win the honor.
This will be the first time since the introduction of the Final Four system that Lithuania will host the prestigious games.
The Zalgirio Arena, which was inaugurated in 2011, is considered one of the most impressive halls in the Euroleague and can accommodate 15,500 spectators in a basketball game.
Also, the Euroleague management announced that in 2024 the final will be held in Berlin.
