The snowball stopped.
The Washington Wizards and Danny Abediah defeated the Phoenix Suns this morning (Wednesday), stopping a streak of ten losses in the NBA and rising to a 12:20 record in the best league in the world.
Danny Avdia scored 16 (4-8 from the field, 6-6 from the free throw line) points, pulled down 10 rebounds and handed out 4 assists in 21 minutes on the floor.
It was the first time in Avdia's NBA career that he scored over 15 points with less than 10 shots from the field.

The opponent appeared without its star Devin Booker, and the Wizards led safely for large parts of the game, but fell behind by 10 points in the last quarter thanks to the good ability of the center DeAndre Ayton who excelled for the host with 30 points and 13 rebounds and Andre Schmett who added 31 with an excellent game and a career high
Just when it seemed that the Wizards were on the way to another loss, the stars Bradley Beal (27) and Kyle Kuzma (29) scored important baskets, and Danny Avdia, who added an important three-pointer in an excellent game in the last quarter, decided with 4 accurate free throws in money time.

In the fourth quarter, Chris Paul worried the Suns when he fell to the floor and appeared to be seriously injured, but he returned to play and finished with 12 points and 9 assists which were not enough for his team.
