Three days after the bitter final defeat at the World Cup in Qatar, France's soccer superstar Kylian Mbappé has returned to training at his club Paris St. Germain.
PSG released photos and videos on Wednesday showing the 24-year-old striker arriving at the club's premises.
In France's defeat by Argentina (2-4 on pens) on Sunday, Mbappé had scored three goals and also scored on penalties.
With eight goals, he also secured the Golden Shoe as the top scorer in the World Cup.
Mbappé and Co. do not have a real break after the World Cup.
The 16th matchday of the French Ligue 1 is already on December 28th, PSG will then receive Racing Strasbourg (9 p.m., stream: Dazn).
It is unclear whether world champion Lionel Messi will then appear alongside Mbappé.
The Argentinian is currently still in his home country.
Other European football leagues also start their seasons before the turn of the year.
