The largest MMA fight organization from the Kingdom of Bahrain is coming to Israel with the fight for the world championship.

In the event that will take place on Thursday March 9, 2023 at the Menorah Hall in Tel Aviv, the organizers anticipate that approximately 12,000 people will come to watch the battles at the Menorah Hall.

The BRAVE COMBAT organization, which was founded by the Prince of the Kingdom of Bahrain Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, is a member of the Israeli MMA fighter and network star, Haim Guzali, for historic cooperation in Israel.

The event will be held under the title "Fighting for Peace".

The production stated that "Due to the challenging situation between Jews and Arabs, it was decided to form a team, which will be called the "Peace Team" and will consist of fighters from the Jewish and Arab societies together. The team will fight against fighters who will come from all over the world."

It was also reported that "this way we can show the world that sport is an international language, for which religion, nationality or gender does not matter and we can live together, in full cooperation - only if we want to."

Prime Minister-designate Benjamin Netanyahu commented on the event: "The historic peace agreements we brought are not just peace between countries, they are warm peace between people.

I am happy about the many collaborations between the countries;

Mutual trade, tourism and now also sports.

I would like to wish success to the participants in the MMA competition that is being held in Israel in collaboration with an organization founded by the Prince of Bahrain, Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

Sports connect people - and this event is another factor in strengthening the relationship between Israel and Bahrain."

The Minister of Tourism and retired Olympic athlete, Yoel Razvozov: "Sport has always been the arena that brings peoples and cultures together - and that is what is happening in practice in this event. At the tourism level, international sports events are a significant growth engine for attracting inbound tourism to Israel. It is not for nothing that many countries are 'fighting' for the right to host such and other sports events. I am sure that the MMA competition will attract many tourists and will be another step from normalization between the countries to a real bridge to peace."

BRAVE COMBAT FEDERATION is the largest mixed martial arts (MMA) organization in the Middle East, including fighters from all over the world, which has been operating since 2016. In July 2021, it was nominated for organization of the year at the World MMA Awards.

"The MMA sport is in a huge boom and enjoys hundreds of millions of fans around the world," says Haim Gozali, "the industry, which has long since broken through the niche of 'crazy talkers'. In recent years, it can be seen that the Israeli audience is thirsty for this type of event." He also says that " There is no doubt that the previous MMA events in Israel were a great success, but this year we decided to produce something particularly big and exciting with the BRAVE COMBAT organization, owned by the Prince of Bahrain, who created it with us, and together we decided on a huge production for the sake of peace that will take place in Israel."

Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa,

Last Thursday, Guzali participated in the National Day celebrations of the Kingdom of Bahrain, organized by the Bahraini Embassy in Tel Aviv and met with the Bahraini Ambassador to Israel, Khaled Youssef Al-Jalhama.
