The Nets scored 91 points in the half in 113:143 over the champion • the runner-up with a third loss in a row • and Donovan Mitchell beat Yanis in their battle

Nine games were played tonight (between Wednesday and Thursday) in the NBA league, with the champion Golden State being defeated by the Brooklyn Nets, the runner-up Boston losing for the third time in a row after 117:112 to Indiana, and Giannis Antetokounmpo's 45 points were not enough against Donovan Mitchell and Cleveland .

The champion played without its stars, and tonight recorded another humiliation when it scored no less than 91 points in the first half - the third highest score in history that a team scores after two quarters.

Without Kerry, Wiggins and Thompson, Steve Kerr's team looked miserable, while on the other side Durant (23 points) did not feel sorry for his former friends and the coach with him won the championship.

Brooklyn, for its part, equaled a club record when no less than nine players scored in double figures, and recorded a seventh win in a row even though they were also missing Kyrie Irving.

Seth Curry scored 12 off the bench.

James Weisman led the champion with 30 points off the bench.

Jordan Paul had a weak evening with only 4 of 17 from the field and 13 points.

Draymond Green threw only twice to the basket and finished with only 2 points.

Boston (10:22) - Indiana (16:16) 117:112

Something bad is happening to the runner-up, who recorded their third loss in a row and fifth in six games.

Tyrese Halliburton scored 33 points for Indiana, which exploded with 22:42 already in the first quarter and led by 30 points.

Tatum (41) brought Boston back into the game and Jaylen Brown's 3-pointer cut it to 111:106 only with 3 minutes left.

But Halliburton responded with a three-pointer of his own and Turner completed a 0:6 run with a basket and a foul, and Boston never got out of that hole.

Brown added 19 to the Celtics with bad percentages (8 of 23).

Cleveland (11:22) - Milwaukee (9:22) 106:114

The fight between Donovan Mitchell and Giannis Antetokounmpo ended with the loss of the Greek, although he scored 45 points.

On the other side, Mitchell's team achieved their 16th home win of the season out of 18 games and proved once again that they are almost impossible to beat at home.

Mitchell scored 36 points for the Cubs, with Garland (23) and Allen (19) helping him on the offensive side.

Antetokounmpo scored 24 points already at halftime and added 14 rebounds, Brook Lopez tried to help with 14 of his own, but the Bucks, who were missing the injured Middleton, fell into a 35:20 hole in the first quarter and couldn't get out of it.
