The Syrian cycling team added two new medals, a silver and a bronze, to its tally in the Arab Championship, which is currently being held in the United Arab Emirates, with the participation of seventeen countries.
The silver medal came in the U-23 women's team championship, while our national team player Miran Al-Faris won the bronze in the overall individual race in the U-23 category.
In the women’s category, our team won the gold medal in the team race against time, while our player Sandy Dergham won the gold medal in the individual race against time for the young women’s category, and Miran Al-Faris won the bronze for the under-23 category in the individual race against time.
