Argentina-France: Vieira denounces, in turn, the "stupid" gestures of Martinez

Then, in Buenos Aires, during the Albiceleste victory parade, he held a doll whose face was covered with a photo of Kylian Mbappé, and again made equivocal gestures.

An attitude that does not have more to Patrick Vieira.

Present this Saturday at a press conference before the match against Fulham scheduled for Monday, the manager of Crystal Palace, himself world champion with France in 1998, considered that the celebrations of the Aston Villa goalkeeper were "stupid" and tarnished Argentina's victory in the World Cup final.

Former Liverpool midfielder and big name in Scottish football, Graeme Souness also strongly criticized 'Dibu' Martinez' attitude: "He shamed himself and his country.

He looked like a vulgar clown.

If that's why he wants to be remembered, then God help us all.
