"Messi, my friend, Sultanate Oman, I congratulate you for winning the World Cup. Prince Tamim bin Hamad amazed me when he presented him with the Arab bisht, a symbol of chivalry and wisdom. I offer you one million dollars for this bisht," Al Barwani tweeted on his Twitter account.

By the way, it was also revealed that the value of the garment that many believe destroyed the image of the swing is 2.071 euros, about 8,000 shekels.
This is an item that was sewn by hand in seven steps and is made of a special Japanese fabric.
Only the Emir of Qatar can wear it on a daily basis, and the government ministers of the country that hosted the World Cup are allowed to wear a bisht on special occasions only.
