Borussia Dortmund is apparently watching Argentinian world champion Alexis Mac Allister, but many top clubs are interested in the 24-year-old sweeper.
Dortmund – Even in this Bundesliga season, it does not look as if Borussia Dortmund can stand up to FC Bayern Munich, after 15 matchdays the gap to the leaders is nine points.
In order to send a more powerful team into the race in the coming season, BVB could definitely become active again on the transfer market.
A freshly crowned world champion is said to have aroused the interest of Dortmund, but the black and yellow are not the only aspirant.

Alexis Mac Allister: Winter transfer to Dortmund probably impossible
Mac Allister is still under contract with the "Seagulls" until 2025, and the southern English even want to extend it with him.
Now Brighton are hoping the son of ex-Argentina international Carlos Mac Allister can resist the temptation.
If the usual mechanisms of professional football also take effect here, it could soon be gone.
According to
Bild
, however, a winter transfer is not planned for Dortmund, the current Bundesliga sixth has no plans to strengthen in the current transfer window.
In the summer, however, Mac Allister would be a candidate should England jewel Jude Bellingham decide to make the move before his contract expires in the summer of 2025.

Alexis Mac Allister: Will he replace Jude Bellingham in summer 2023?
In Dortmund they know very well that the big clubs have their eye on the young star.
The 19-year-old Bellingham, who despite his young age
is the
playmaker and motivator on the pitch, could switch to a top club in the summer.
A three-digit transfer fee would certainly be possible given the performance of the central midfielder.

Borussia might need a replacement in the summer should Bellingham switch to one of the interested parties.
Some Premier League clubs, as well as Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, are watching the teenager.
Thus, a transfer from Mac Allister would be more likely in the next transition period, should it still be available at all.
