Tonight (between Tuesday and Wednesday) he provided more proof that he is already one of the greats, in the amazing victory of Dallas over New York.
The Slovenian scored 60 points, 21 rebounds and 10 assists against the Knicks, and also forced overtime with a crazy basket, which erased a 9-9 deficit with 33 seconds to go.
These numbers made him the first in league history to achieve a triple double of 60+ points and 20+ rebounds.
The network of course praised the young star, who provided another unforgettable night.
ESPN reporter Tim McMahon tweeted: "Doncic and Dallas did a miracle," and former player Pau Gasol and NBA players also responded to the perfect performance.
And Doncic?
A particularly wet surprise awaited him in the Dallas locker room.
The conquering young man also added an amusing statement to this amazing evening, when he said at the end: "I'm tired, I need a beer now."
