The whole of France would have liked the Blues to bring the cup home once again, but the course of Didier Deschamps' men stopped in the final after the penalty shootout against Argentina.
This defeat did not prevent the rapper Vegedream from releasing new music, four years after the hit “Bring the Cup home”.
