Pelé, who died on Thursday December 29 at the age of 82, played only one match in France with the Brazilian selection. It was in Colombes in 1963 and


France-Brazil matches in history, there have not been that many.

Sixteen in total between the first in 1930 at the Chavez stadium in Rio de Janeiro on the way back from the first World Cup in Uruguay (a meeting not recognized by the French Federation) and the last in 2015. There have been the most unforgettable in 1998 (3-0), the most grandiose (1-1, 4-3 on penalties) in 1986, the most magical (1-0) in 2006 with a virtuoso Zidane and therefore the last in 2015 (1 -3).
