FCA Unterbruck: "Players were in the mood" for the FT Hallenmasters - all other invitations were rejected

FCA Unterbruck is hot for the Freisinger Tagblatt indoor masters.

It is unclear whether ex-SEF striker Andreas Hohlenburger will return to his old place of work.

Unterbruck – FCA Unterbruck footballers didn't really want to play an indoor tournament this year.

The winter break after an exhausting autumn round is good for everyone.

But after the invitation to the Freisinger Tagblatt Indoor Masters, coach Alfons Deutinger asked around if the players would like to go to the cathedral city on the first weekend in January.

Ten players were quickly found and so the FCA registered a squad for the tournament organized by the SEF and the local newspaper.

Especially: Normally, the enthusiasm for the booth magic in Unterbruck is rather low, "but my players seemed to be in the mood for the tournament in Freising." Two or three other invitations fluttered into the house, "but we all turned them down," reports the Coach.

Deutinger thinks he knows why: On the one hand, you can compete with strong teams at the tournament.

The SE Freising as a state league, for example, or Attaching, Fatih Ingolstadt, Moosinning and Palzing from the district league.

In addition, the Unterbruck success coach confirms what almost all clubs show: "The tournament is also made up of the clashes around the stands." A chat here, a coffee there, even one or the other transfer should already take place at the Freisinger Hallenmasters have gone in the past 20 years.

Nevertheless, indoor football is not of the greatest sporting importance in Unterbruck.
