Atlanta Hawks (18:17) - Brooklyn Nets (12:23) 108:107
Tenth victory in a row for the hot Brooklyn, who worked harder than expected against the Hawks who played with a very lacking squad and especially without the injured big star Trae Young.
The hosts dominated the first half, but Kyrie Irving scored 15 of his 28 points in the fourth quarter, Kevin Durant added 26 and a season-high 16 rebounds and Brooklyn, which has won 15 of its last 16 games, is 2 games behind Boston in the battle for the Eastern Conference.
Dejounte Murray had another chance to win the game but missed a 3-pointer right before the buzzer.
Murray led Atlanta with 24, John Collins added 21 but the two were only almost enough in a game where Clint Capela and DeAndre Hunter were also absent and in total 3 of the Hawks' 5 players.
Chicago Bulls (19:15) - Milwaukee Bucks (12:22) 113:119 (after overtime)
In the absence of Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday, Giannis Antetokounmpo did everything he could to lead the Bucks to victory, but even his 45 points, 22 rebounds and 7 assists were not enough against a performance from the other side of DeMar DeRozan, who carried the Bulls on his back with 42 points in a game where the hosts already trailed by 15 at the beginning of the fourth quarter.
DeRozan was also great in overtime with 10 of the 13 points, including an assist to Nikola Vucevic who returned the lead to the Bulls with a 3-pointer that made it 110:111.
Bobby Portis tied it again with a 3-pointer of his own with 41 seconds left, but DeRozan hit a layup, Giannis missed and DeRozan hit from the line.
Zach Lavin scored 24 for Chicago, with Vucevic adding 15 and 14 rebounds.
On the other hand, Bobby Portis helped Giannis with 20 and 11 rebounds but it was not enough.
A battle of giants.

Miami Heat (17:18) - Los Angeles Lakers (21:14) 98:112
The Lakers continue to lose big and it seems that if Anthony Davis does not return soon from his injury, LeBron James will remain out of the playoffs.
Jimmy Butler scored 27 points for the Heat, Bam Adebayo added 23 and 14 rebounds for the Heat, which rose above 50 percent for the first time.
LeBron James, who led the Lakers with 27 points, looked quite despondent after the game as he admitted "this is our game right now".
Russell Westbrook and Dennis Schroeder each scored 15 for the Lakers, but without Davis' presence in the paint, LA just looks lost.
