Maximilian Peschek will stay with SV Vötting as a coach in the coming season.
During the winter break, there are signs of promotion to the district league.
Vötting – Maximilian Peschek will remain coach at the district class leader SV Vötting in the 2023/24 season.
SVV department head Jannis Göft-Michaelis said: "We are very satisfied with his work and very quickly agreed that we wanted to continue on this path." Whether this will continue in the district class or in the district league will be decided after the decide winter break.
SV Vötting is currently leading the table with a four-point lead over FC Moosburg.
Göft-Michaelis: "If you're up there in winter, you want the place at the end of May"
Much to the delight of the football boss, who, given the qualitatively and quantitatively broad squad, sees no need to strengthen during the winter break: "We see ourselves very well prepared for the second half of the season.
There will be six weeks of hard preparation to lay the groundwork for us to play the rest of the games as well as we did in the fall.
Because when you're at the top in winter, then of course you want the space by the end of May," says the division head.
And further: “That is our goal for the second half of the season.
But we all know that we have to work hard for this and that we have to keep giving everything.”

Peschek: "They're just a top team"
Göft-Michaelis also sees the great autumn series with 14 wins, a draw and only one defeat as a merit of the coach, who was newly hired before the season.
Peschek is a young but not an inexperienced coach.
The 33-year-old trainer already knew his new team well thanks to his many years of work as a junior coach and also as a department head at the SVV.
So the internal solution was not a risk either.
Under Peschek, the team had moved even closer together and had become a conspired bunch.
The coach himself is very happy to continue to look after the first team at his home club: "They are simply a top squad and it's nice that the lads are rewarded with a lot of points for the hard work we do together. As an interim coach in the 2018/19 season, Peschek was unable to prevent Vöttinger from being relegated to the district league, but now he has the best chance of leading the club back into the district league.
