LeBron James celebrated his 38th birthday tonight and he looked amazing on the court, in another unforgettable display.
Against the Hawks, who hosted the game, King James took matters into his own hands, laughed at his advanced age - at least in terms of athletes - and recorded an excellent statistical line of 47 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists.
The host audience did not remain indifferent to the giant's presentation and burst out in the final moments with MVP calls for LeBron, who actually started his presentation only from the second quarter of the game, which he entered with only 2 points.
Antetokounmpo.
entered another historical page of Milwaukee,
Milwaukee (12:23) - Minnesota (20:16) 114:123.
He is of course much younger than LeBron, but Giannis Antetokounmpo also had a scary game tonight, when he led the Bucks to victory over the Timberwolves.
The Greek giant recorded a tremendous double-double of 43 points and 20 rebounds, to which he added 5 assists.
He is just the third player in Milwaukee history to reach at least 5-20-40 in two consecutive games.
Anthony Edwards stood out in Minnesota with 30 points and 10 rebounds but could not prevent his team from suffering a fifth loss in a row.
Golden State (18:19) - Portland (17:18) 112:118.
Steph Curry sat on the bench for the Warriors and enjoyed every moment.
Of course he would have preferred to play, but his friends in a fine basketball show made him very happy.
Jordan Paul was the leading star of this game with 41 points and Klay Thompson helped him with 31 points of his own, en route to a nice win over the Trailblazers.
It was a volatile game, in which Portland came back from minus 18, mainly thanks to Damian Lillard who scored 34 points, but Golden State knew how to press the gas at the end and secure the W.
Jokic.
Another triple double for the collection,
Denver (12:23) - Miami (18:18) 119:124.
It wasn't a very good game, but the Nuggets had someone to make the difference in the closing minutes to beat the Heat.
It was Jamal Murray with 7 points in a row (half of his total points in the game) in the last quarter that did the job for Denver, but of course Murray was not alone.
The great Nikola Jokic finished the game with a triple double of 19 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists to dominate things in another impressive game.
The other results:
New Orleans - Philadelphia 116:127, Sacramento - Utah 125:126, Toronto - Phoenix 104:113, Chicago - Detroit 118:132.
