SVA Palzing sees itself in the hall as a "lucky bag"

The SVA Palzing wants to at least recoup the entry fee at the Freisinger Tagblatt indoor masters.

For that, the Ampertaler would have to reach fourth place.

Freising – After a two-year Corona break, the ball is rolling again at the Freisinger Tagblatt Hallenmasters of SE Freising.

On January 7th, numerous teams from different leagues will compete for the cup in the sports hall of the Luitpoldanlage.

Also there: the district league team SVA Palzing.

And Marcel Radlmaier, the new, young department head of the Ampertal Club, is really enthusiastic about the first edition of the tournament in three years.

"The Freisinger Tagblatt Indoor Masters has always been very important to us," sums up the SVA captain.

"It's also the most well-known tournament in the district." The people of Palzing, like many of their competitors in the region, haven't particularly prepared for it.

"There was no indoor training or anything else," says the division head.

"For the team, the tournament will be the first reunion since the last matchday." At least from a sporting point of view, because at least at the Christmas party, Christmas tree auction and Co., the eleven of coach Gianluca Dello Buono - by the way an ex-SEF player - met that or other times.

The people of Ampertal still have sporting goals at the Freisinger Hallenmasters.

"Recovering the entry fee would be great," explains Radlmaier.

This is 100 euros.

In order to be able to go home without a minus, the people from Palzinger would have to be at least fourth.

With the FT as a media partner, the SE Freising organizes the Freisinger Tagblatt Hall Masters.

In terms of sport, some calibers are waiting for the SVA, with Moosinning and Fatih Ingolstadt even two competitors from the district league.

In addition, FCA Unterbruck and MSV Bajuwaren from the district class.

"We're more of a grab bag," says the head of department, because some players have never kicked in the hall for the SVA because of Corona.

The Palzinger have identified SE Freising as their favourite.

According to Radlmaier, the people of Ampertal will not take part in any other indoor tournament.
