Yariv Teper, CEO of the Referees' Union: "Thanks to a significant effort in recent days and in accordance with the demand of the chairman of the association and the recommendation of the professional committee of the Referees' Union, we were able to overcome technical difficulties and budgets in order to provide the best conditions for the participating teams in the round of 16 and the judging teams. The first time the screen judging system will operate already in the round of 16 and it will be a part of the State Cup games until the next final, we are all for the better and in it, of course."
