SV Vötting: "As a district classist, it is not a matter of course to be there"

SV Vötting is happy to be able to take part in the Freisinger Tagblatt Indoor Masters as a district classist.

The leaders of the table want to present themselves accordingly.

Freising – It could be real football festivals at the Freisinger Tagblatt Indoor Masters next weekend in the sports hall of the Luitpoldanlage.

And above all: It will also be a kind of unofficial Freisinger city championship, because almost all well-known clubs from the cathedral city take part.

Like the district class leader SV Vötting, who has to compete in Group A with Vatanspor, BC Attaching, SEF and TSV Allershausen.

"As a district classist, it is not a matter of course to be there," says SVV coach Maximilian Peschek, "but of course our good first half of the season helped."

The importance of the tournament is high in the Vöttinger squad, "and of course we want to present ourselves properly there".

In order to move into the semi-finals, the Vöttinger have to leave a district or state league team behind.

With the FT as a media partner, the SE Freising organizes the Freisinger Tagblatt Hall Masters.

The SVV did not prepare specifically for the tournament, but they train once a week in the hall.

"Our squad will be made up of the players who took part," says Peschek.

Otherwise, the SVV: put your feet up to be ready for the fight for promotion in the district class.
