Yann Sommer communicates Gladbach's desire to change

FC Bayern's search for a goalkeeper could soon be over, Gladbach keeper Yann Sommer is said to have already submitted his request for a change.
Munich – FC Bayern started preparations on Tuesday after a week-long break, and the training camp will start on Friday.
However, there was still no new keeper at the first mandatory date in the new year, and the search for a replacement for the injured Manuel Neuer is still ongoing.
The top candidate Yann Sommer can apparently imagine a change, the Swiss is said to have already informed his employer about his intentions, as also reported by tz.de.

A premature termination of Alexander Nübel's loan proved difficult, as his current AS Monaco makes the negotiations difficult and the 26-year-old does not have the best relationship with goalkeeping coach Toni Tapalovic.

That is why those responsible in Munich sounded out the market to find an external solution for the current construction site.
For example, the Moroccan national goalkeeper Bono from FC Sevilla came into the focus of the record champions, and FC Bayern is said to have recently knocked on the door of national player Kevin Trapp.
The most likely candidate, however, is the Mönchengladbach veteran Yann Sommer.

After eight and a half years, the Swiss national keeper could leave Gladbach, but the "foals" would collect a transfer fee in line with the market.
Because Sommer's contract runs until the end of June 2023, which is why Bayern would have to transfer at least five million to Borussia.
Under these circumstances, the current eighth in the Bundesliga would probably give up his goalkeeper in January.
For Manuel Neuer, a transfer from summer to the end of the season would probably be the best solution, so he would avoid tough competition in the coming season with Trapp or Bono.
