There is no mercy.
The ice hockey arena in the town of Druzhkovka, in the Donetsk region of Ukraine was easily destroyed by Russian missiles.
The Altair Ice Hockey Arena has been used by the Donbass Ice Hockey Club since 2014, the year pro-Russian separatists declared the Donetsk People's Republic.
The Ukrainian Ice Hockey Federation confirmed the missile attack on the venue via its Telegram channel.
In addition, it turns out that this is not the first time that the Russians destroy sports facilities, when the Ukrainian Ice Hockey Federation added that the other places that were destroyed in the war are the Druzhba Complex in Donetsk, arenas in Mariupol and Melitopol and the Ice Palace in Severodonsk.
In March last year, a weightlifting training center in the stadium in Chernihiv was destroyed by shelling.
Donbass Hockey Club also said that the arena was "destroyed" by the "falling rockets" on their official Instagram account.
"This is the third home that the Donetsk club has lost because of the Russian occupiers - the Sports Friendship Palace in Donetsk, the Mariupol Ice Center and now Altair."

Donbas CEO Fedor Ilinko said on Facebook that the venue hosted the largest hockey and figure skating school in Ukraine. According to Ilinko, Altair was "more than just a building.
It's a place that has hosted hundreds of competitions for children, dozens of international tournaments, children's smiles...", he added.
