The Haifa derby closes tonight (Wednesday) the extra day of games in the round of 16 of the State Cup, with Maccabi Haifa hosting Hapoel Haifa in the battle for the ticket to the next stage.
After the significant victory over Hapoel Be'er Sheva, Barak Becher made quite a few changes, when, among other things, he brought Dolev Haziza and Dylan Batinska back into the lineup for the first time since their injuries.
Their return also makes it possible to play again with three brakes, with Haziza on the right wing and Pierre Corono on the left wing.
Mavis Chibuta and Nikita Rocavicia were credited in attack, while Omar Atzili, Dean Dodd and Franzi Fierro were on the bench.
Mohamed Abu Fani was not included in the squad due to pain in his ribs and his place was taken by Neta Lavi, perhaps in his last appearance in the green uniform before moving to Japan.
On the other hand, Roni Levy in another meeting against the ex-woman with whom he won three championships, is in trouble with the brakes and put Nisso Capiluto in the 11th, who only returned to play as a substitute on Saturday after being absent for more than two months due to injury.
Next to the experienced player is Louis Taha, while in midfield Gidi Kaniuk teams up with Gal Aral and Liran Serdal.
Muhammad Kamara was preferred in the attack over Alon Turgeman, who is waiting on the bench for the second game in a row.
Developed in light of the brake crisis.
