The Israeli Olympic Committee announced this morning (Wednesday) two personal sponsorships for Olympic athletes Shahar Tibi and Ayala Kerem.
The sponsor is Nova - a leading technology company in the computer chip industry.
"The desire to connect with the excellence of Israeli sports and to walk hand in hand with the two athletes on the way to the Olympic Games is a launch into the values of the Nova company and the internal organizational agenda that it instills among its employees," it was stated.
Yael Arad, Chairman of the Israel Olympic Committee: "This morning we were excited to add the Nova company as a partner on the path of the two Olympic athletes on the way to Paris 2024. The Israel Olympic Committee welcomes any business initiative of Israeli companies that engrave on their flag the values of excellence represented by Olympic sports in Israel.
Shahar and Ayala, each of them in their own way, represent quality, perseverance, determination, mental strength and professionalism, qualities required of every Olympic athlete on the way to success."

Eitan Bisal, CEO of the Nova company: "The Nova company has set itself the goal of promoting women in technology and in a variety of areas of life and activity, based on a value concept of excellence, mistakes and self-realization.
Olympic sports embody similar values, so a natural connection with Olympic athletes is created here.
After studying the subject we realized that in order to fulfill the dream of reaching the Olympics with the best chances of winning, our athletes need our assistance so that they can invest in training.
As a company with an Israeli heart, we are happy and proud to be part of the foundation for the success of surfer Shahar Tibi and climber Ayala Kerem, who are a source of pride for the entire country.
I want to wish them a lot of success on my behalf and on behalf of Nova as a whole, and we hope to see them succeed and fulfill their dreams already at the upcoming Olympics in Paris."
