According to the older sister, Reem, 18, who holds a black belt 2 Dan, she started with karate nine years ago, and she loved practicing it after watching the training of a number of players, and later received all the attention from her coach and her family, indicating that she was summoned to the national team camp last year, but the injury In the knee for seven months, she was denied follow-up, and she is now hoping, after her return to training, to join the national team again.

Shaheen, 17, pointed out that he started karate with his sister Reem in 2014, and his level developed successively, and after winning several championships for the governorate, he was able to win his first republican championship in 2021 in Lattakia Governorate for the U-16 category, then the championship hosted by Aleppo last year, in addition to Attaining a 2nd Dan black belt.

Raneem, 14, who holds the brown belt, and Shatha, 12, who holds the black belt, one Dan, was influenced by their two brothers, Reem and Shaheen, as each of them started practicing karate at an age not exceeding 8 years, and they succeeded in achieving championships in all age groups, which created an incentive for them to continue training, and seek to develop their level towards The best.

The Abu Dargham brothers, who owe their debt to coach Faisal Abu Ajram, who honed their talents, have ambitions, as they mentioned, to reach the ranks of the national team, achieve foreign championships, and raise the national flag in international forums.

According to coach Abu Ajram, the brothers Reem, Shaheen, Raneem and Shatha are distinguished raw materials and are among the players most committed to training, and they love to benefit from every information provided to them and insist on success and victory. A promising future awaits them in this game, because their technical capabilities qualify them to join the ranks of the national team in the coming period.

According to their mother, Abeer Al-Barouki, her children went to this sport with self-motivation and were positively influenced by each other, and attached themselves to karate after they found interest and follow-up from their coach, and achieved good results in it, pointing to their encouragement to continue training in line with the continuation of their studies because they are distinguished in their schools.
