Korda, ranked 33 in the world, succeeded in settling the match in his favor, and defeated his opponent, Bautista, ranked 21 in the world, with two sets without a response, 6-4, 6-4.
In the next round, the American Korda will face the winner of the confrontation between the Italian Janick Sinner and the Australian Tanasi Kokkinakis.
