A few days after Pelé, another great striker died... Italian legend Gianluca Vialli, 58, died on Friday.
The former Sampdoria or Juventus Turin striker died of pancreatic cancer he had been battling since 2017.
In mid-December, the ex-international had decided to leave the staff of the Nazionale, where he held the position of assistant coach Roberto Mancini, to leave for treatment in London.
