EC Peiting has a break on Friday evening, the game against the "Black Hawks" of EHF Passau has to be cancelled.

The reason lies with the guests from Lower Bavaria.

Peiting - Corona is no longer a big issue, but it's obviously not over yet.

In any case, the upper league ice hockey team “Black Hawks Passau” has been slowed down by the virus.

Due to numerous failures, the team currently has no playable squad.

The EC Peiting is also affected.

EC Peiting's home game against Passau has to be postponed

The game in Peiting scheduled for Friday evening, January 6th, 7:30 p.m. had to be canceled or postponed.

According to a statement from the ECP, Tuesday, January 31, 7:30 p.m. is the new date.

The people of Peiting have at least one day off in the busy week with four games within seven days.

Most recently, Peitinger played away against EHC Klostersee and at home against the "Starbulls Rosenheim".

By the way: everything from the region is also available in our regular Schongau newsletter.

And in our Weilheim-Penzberg newsletter.

The EHF Passau was already plagued by player failures in the middle of the week - the game against Memmingen therefore had to be canceled at short notice.

EC Peiting will be back in regular action on Sunday, January 8th.

Then it's off against the "Islanders" of EV Lindau (6 p.m.).

The ECP lost the first duel of the season at Lake Constance 1:8 - so there is a chance for revenge.

The Passauers reported the following about their current problem in the team: "The corona virus has reached the cabin of the Passau Black Hawks.

Almost the entire team is ill with the virus, so that the Habichte cannot provide a playable team even at the weekend.

The away game on Friday at EC Peiting and the home game on Sunday against SC Riessersee have to be postponed and rescheduled.”
