Gladbach does not want to give up summer
Borussia Mönchengladbach rule out a winter transfer of their goalkeeper Yann Sommer to Bayern Munich.
Accordingly, the Bundesliga club is said to have rejected a change from the Swiss, who was last associated with the German record champions.
»We will not give up Yann Sommer.
We told Bayern that too," said sports director Roland Virkus on Saturday of the "Rheinische Post".
On Saturday, Gladbach won 2-0 (1-0) in the first test match of the winter preparations against third division side VfB Oldenburg without their regular goalkeeper Sommer.
Coach Daniel Farke had already made a clear statement about the transfer speculation in advance.
The coach said that he “has no intention of giving him up.
He's one of the top goalkeepers in Europe."
Al Nassr reportedly interested in Reus signing
According to a report from England, Cristiano Ronaldo's new club in Saudi Arabia is said to be interested in signing Marco Reus.
As the "Daily Mail" reports, Al Nassr FC is apparently dealing with the 33-year-old, whose contract with Borussia Dortmund expires at the end of the season and whose future has not yet been clarified.
The BVB managers around sports director Sebastian Kehl had announced that they would meet at the beginning of the year to talk about further cooperation.
The national player has been under contract with BVB since 2012 and scored 156 goals in 368 competitive games.
Due to an ankle injury, Reus had to withdraw from the World Cup in Qatar.
Reus is currently preparing for the second half of the Bundesliga season with his team in the training camp in Marbella.
National striker Füllkrug wants to stay with Werder – but not at any price
Werder Bremen striker Niclas Füllkrug is not pushing for a change.
"I'm totally happy at Werder and I know what I've got at Werder and that I still have the opportunity to develop further here.
I really enjoy fulfilling my role in this team,” said Füllkrug in an interview with the multimedia portal “Deichstube”.
Nevertheless, Füllkrug, with ten goals so far the top German goalscorer in the Bundesliga, does not completely rule out a departure this winter.
»If there is an offer, we will talk about it and see which of the sides is interested in it.
For both?
Then you can talk about it.
Not for one side or even both sides?
Then it won't be talked about," said Füllkrug, who is currently with Werder in the training camp in Spain.

Bochum lends Horn to Nuremberg
Bundesliga club VfL Bochum has loaned left-back Jannes Horn to 1. FC Nürnberg until the end of the season.
The club announced this on Saturday.
Since moving from 1. FC Köln last summer, Horn has only played in three competitive games for Bochum.
The 25-year-old should gain match practice, “fully exploit his performance potential through regular appearances” and then return to Bochum, as sporting director Patrick Fabian explained.
