Dirk Brünker missing in Villingen - Magdeburg professional Kai thanks you for the support
Brünker had previously asked on Instagram for help in finding his father.
Kai had called for a search operation in his hometown of Villingen, where the offensive player's family lives.
The search operation with over 100 police officers and many volunteers was unsuccessful.
Many people expressed their sympathy under the posting, others even reported their own search campaigns, all of which have so far been unsuccessful.
Brünker then also thanked him on Instagram: "My family and I are overwhelmed by my father's sympathy and constant search.
We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
It's insane what a huge area we've already searched."
FC Magdeburg coach Christian Titz assures Kai Brünker of support
Kai is currently still in Villingen and has not traveled to Turkey with FC Magdeburg, where the promoted team is preparing for the relegation battle of the 2nd Bundesliga.
FCM coach Christian Titz recently emphasized: "We give him all the time and give him all the support.
