Summary of Maccabi Netanya's 0:0 against Bnei Sakhnin (Sport1)
A significant boost for Maccabi Netanya with the opening of the January transfer window: Ahmed Salman, striker of Hapoel Jerusalem and the youth team, signed a long-term four-year contract with the club today (Tuesday), with an option for a fifth season.
Salman was purchased for one million NIS, with Jerusalem owning 20 percent of his ticket and receiving the relative amount in case the player is sold later. Salman, who was one of the stars of the youth team in the Junior Euros where the team qualified to the finals, had a release clause and Netanya took advantage of this clause in the hope that Salman would exercise the great potential that lies in her and will lead her to success in the coming years. As I remember, the player applied pressure in the recent period to leave the team and he even boycotted training due to the lack of minutes he got and his desire to leave.

Salman (20) joined the youth department of Hapoel Katamon Jerusalem at the age of 14 and made his senior debut at the age of 17 in the Jerusalem Derby as part of the group stage of the Toto Cup.
The striker scored a single goal in the uniform of Hapoel Jerusalem in the Premier League in Jerusalem's 1:3 over Hapoel Nof HaGalil.
Last summer, he was part of Israel's under-19 youth team that reached the finals of the championship, scoring a goal in the group stage match against Serbia.
About three weeks ago, Hapoel Jerusalem boycotted training demanding to leave the club.
The striker and his family claimed that the player had offers from abroad and other teams from Israel, and now the correct offer has reached the table of the leaders of the Jerusalem club who decided to release the young striker.
