The Washington Wizards continue to sink.
Tonight (between Monday and Tuesday) Danny Avdia's team succumbed to the New Orleans Pelicans 132:112 and lost for the third time in a row in the NBA.
The Israeli scored 4 points, pulled down 4 rebounds and handed out 3 assists in 22 minutes on the floor.
Wes Anseld Jr.'s team came to the game without Bradley Beal, who again missed a game due to injury.
Avdia again started on the bench, with Corey Kispert taking his place in the team's top five.
After a good start by the Wizards, who took a 0:10 lead, the group from the top of the East took control of things, despite the disadvantage of its two best players, Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram, who were absent due to injuries, and led by CJ McCollum, who finished the game with 34 points.

For the umpteenth time this season, Washington played bad and selfish basketball, with Kristaps Porzingis (23 points) and Kyle Kuzma (19 points) taking the most shots, but having trouble leading the team to victories.
The latter, left with 6 fouls 9 minutes before the end of the game and went directly to the dressing room while looking very nervous.
Corey Kispert scored 17 points, Monte Morris and Daniel Gafford added 13 each.
On the winning side, Jonas Valanciunas celebrated with 27 of his own and Naji Marshall contributed 18. New Orleans breaks a streak of four losses in the last five games, Washington is again on a negative streak of three straight losses.
