Maccabi Tel Aviv did not want to part with Voladan Ivić, but will take solace in the very impressive financial compensation they will receive for him.

The Russian club Krasnodar, to which the Serbian moved, pledged to pay Maccabi Tel Aviv an amount of 750 thousand euros for the coach.

Krasnodar must pay the money by the end of the month.

Maccabi Tel Aviv wanted more than 750,000 euros in exchange for waiving Ivic, with sources privy to the details saying that the Yellows wanted 1 million euros, while the Russians initially only agreed to 500,000 euros.
