Besides the loss of the Washington Wizards to New Orleans, four more games were played tonight (between Monday and Tuesday) in the NBA league, with the Los Angeles Lakers losing to the Denver Nuggets and Milwaukee coming back from a big deficit to win over the New York Knicks.

Jamal Murray scored a season-high 34 points, Nikola Jokic recorded his 11th triple-double of the season and the Denver Nuggets beat the Los Angeles Lakers 109:122, on a night when LeBron James sat on the bench because of ankle pain.
Jokic finished with 14 points (5/5 from the field) grabbed 11 rebounds and dished out 16 assists to help the Nuggets win their 11th straight home game.
Denver remains close to Memphis in the battle for first place in the West.
For the Lakers, Russell Westbrook finished with 25 points and Thomas Bryant added 17 along with 10 rebounds, but their five-game winning streak was halted.

Boston Celtics - Chicago Bulls 99:107
Jayson Tatum scored 32 points and Jaylen Brown added 19 as the Boston Celtics beat the Chicago Bulls 99:107, reaching the midpoint of the season with the best record in the NBA.
Grant Williams added 20 points and Al Horford had 7 rebounds and 8 points, including a 3-pointer with 24 seconds to go, which helped secure the victory for the Eastern Conference champions, who have a wonderful balance of 12:29.
Chicago lost their star DeMar DeRozan to an injury in the third quarter, but still managed to cut Boston's 16-point lead to just 2 with two minutes left.

New York Knicks - Milwaukee Bucks 111:107
The New York Knicks already led by 17 points, and received a career high from Jaylen Bronson (44), who also scored 17 points in the first quarter, but all this was not enough and Milwaukee left the Garden with a 107 victory: 111.
Giannis Antetokounmpo had a solid game with 22 points and 10 rebounds, but Jrue Holiday (15 points and 9 assists) made big baskets in the clutch to give the Bucks a road win over New York.
