Yam Madar is playing for the second year in the ranks of the Serbian team, who will make his debut as a guest player against Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Euroleague.
Just before the match, the forward of the Serbian team and Medar's close friend, Alan Smailgich, spoke with "Israel Hayom" and talked about the meteoric development and improvement that the Israeli guard is showing this season in the factory.
Maccabi Tel Aviv at home is a very home team with a supportive audience.
How do you feel about it?
"We are used to playing in such halls because our home hall is like that, only our audience is even louder and more supportive.
It will be difficult for us without the support of our audience, but we will have to deal with it.'
What do you think of the ability displayed by Yam Madar this year?
"He's improved a lot and things are coming together great for him this year.
He has matured and improved a lot since last season and proved to everyone that he can play at the highest levels.
He proves every week that he can play in the Euroleague and be dominant."
Do you think playing in Israel in front of a local crowd will affect him?
"I don't think so, he's not excited by anything, he's the type of player who doesn't get excited by the crowd and I'm sure he'll manage easily."

The two teams are close to each other in the table, how do you see the balance of power?
"Maccabi has very good players, we will have to limit them as we trained.
They are the best offensive rebounding team in the Euroleague and this is an important tool that we will have to neutralize for them.'
Lorenzo Brown is in great form, how are you going to stop him?
"We'll keep it a secret, see what we're planning tonight, it's a surprise."
The first game between the two teams was close, how do you think this game will end?
"It will be a hard and close battle, whoever plays with more energy and implements their game method will be able to gain an advantage and win."
