The Miami Heat announced today (Thursday) that center Dwayne Dedmon has been suspended for one game in the NBA league due to inappropriate behavior.
The incident happened in Miami's last win yesterday over Oklahoma, when the center exchanged words with coach Erik Spoelstra, and then hit nerves with a massage gun that flew into the boundaries of the field.
That took him out of the game, making Miami's already short roster even shorter, and the Heat used just seven players over the final 33 minutes of the contest.

Heat coach Erik Spoelstra, speaking after that game, said Dedmon's actions when he left the floor were "unacceptable."
Dedmon will miss Miami's home game Thursday against the Milwaukee Bucks.
The suspension will cost Dedmon about $32,414, he is making $4.7 million this season and has a non-guaranteed contract for next season.
Miami expects to have its starting center Bam Adebayo back for Thursday's game against Milwaukee.
The center was one of seven players, including four rookies, to miss Tuesday's game with injuries.
