Maccabi Haifa's reinforcement:
Aviel Zargari, the 20-year-old midfielder who grew up in Beitar Jerusalem, signed today (Thursday) with the green ranks for two and a half years with an option for another year.
Zargari, who stands 1.83 m tall, began his senior career at the age of 17 and played in all Israel national teams at all ages including two appearances in the senior national team uniform.
He has so far made 64 appearances in Beitar's uniform.
After the signing, the player told the official website:
"Happy and happy to join a leading club. Thank you for the trust in me from the management and the professional team. I am saying goodbye to Beitar Jerusalem today and this is the place to thank the club and the fans for everything I have received and that is quite a lot.
Thank you for everything and ready for the next exciting challenge at Maccabi Haifa."
