After the Manchester derby provided the goods, the 18th round in England closed tonight (Sunday, live on Sport1) with an equally intriguing derby as Tottenham host Arsenal for a battle for North London.
In recent years, we have gotten used to seeing this derby as a battle for the top 4 and the ticket to the Champions League, but this time the Gunners are coming to the meeting from the top of the table and hoping to win their first championship since 2004. On the other hand, fifth-ranked Tottenham wants to achieve a fourth consecutive home win against the great rival, otherwise fourth place may escape them.
Following Manchester City's loss to United yesterday, Arsenal could open up an eight-point gap at the top if they win, while a loss could complicate them ahead of the meeting against the only team that has beaten them so far in the league - Manchester United.
Bokayo Saka, who was injured last week in the cup, is fit to compete and goes up to the 11, with Eddie Anketier continuing in place of the injured Gabriel Jesus on the wing.
Emile Smith Rowe, who returned last week from a long-term injury, is waiting on the bench for his first Premier League appearance in four months.
On the other side, Dian Kolosewski who missed three games due to injury returned directly to the 11 alongside Harry Kane and Young Man Son.
Rodrigo Bentancourt did not recover in time and remained out of the squad, when Antonio Conte surprisingly placed Pap Matar Sar in midfield.
Tottenham have not scored in just one derby out of the last 17 and that too happened 2:0 somewhere in November 2017.
Will Arsenal finally beat Tottenham away?
