The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court extended by six more days the detention of the three suspects, Guy Ben Shimon and Kobi and Yossi Abuchatzira, who robbed the owner of the Beitar Jerusalem group, Barak Abramov, at his home in Tel Aviv. At the hearing today (Tuesday), it became clear that Abramov said that Perhaps he saw Ben Shimon at such and such events.

As I recall, this is a very violent robbery incident, which happened inside Abramov's house, when the suspects entered the complainant's house, they grabbed him, forced him, beat him and, fortunately, police arrived during the incident and stopped the incident.

Since the previous detention extension on Friday, each of the suspects gave a version, when Kobi and Yossi Abuchatzira were interrogated and largely filled their mouths with water, while Ben Shimon claimed he was a friend of Abramov and he came to visit and there was an argument between friends.

At today's hearing, the police representative said that the three entered Abramov's house, beat him and threatened him with something that resembled a gun.

Abramov was asked in his testimony about his acquaintance with the three, and he said that he only saw the suspects after the police came in and saw them, after they took off his face covering, and perhaps he saw him at such and such events, and when the police arrived, they threatened him to say that they were his friends.

The police representative also claimed that there are investigative actions that require the arrest of the suspects.

"If they are his friends, why do they come to his house, at 2:30 a.m. with their faces masked and handcuff him and beat him, and then he goes to receive treatment," said the police representative.

The defense attorneys of the three asked the court to release Mersham home and wondered why there was no confrontation with Abramov.

"They said more than once, bring the complainant here, who will say inside that there was a robbery here. So the police can say one out of two, can also say it's fine, the complainant is afraid and doesn't want to have a confrontation. If there is a memorandum, we can deal with it, but the police say that's all No action we did not do, we returned the jewelry. The police representative said in these words that there is no need for a confrontation in this case," said one of the defense attorneys.

Judge Christina Hilo Asad, who extended the arrest of the suspects, stated in her decision that she was impressed by the existence of reasonable suspicion against the suspects to commit the offenses attributed to them.

And the suspect Ben Shimon, gave a certain version in his second investigation and the other suspects maintained their right to remain silent and as of this time, data given in Ben Shimon's testimony, do not line up with the evidentiary material in the case.
