After the success of the France team over Montenegro (35-24) this Wednesday, find the reactions of the Blues.

Vincent Gérard (goalkeeper of the France team, on BeIN Sports):

“It's nice.

We had seen the difficulty that the Spaniards had experienced against this team.

So we took it very seriously.

We could have done better in the first half but the final score is a very good thing.

At the break, there was no fire at home but we were still not happy with our many mistakes, in attack and defense.

But we were able to breathe new life into the second half.

On a personal level, when things go well, it's always pleasant.

I had to manage to keep the rhythm, which I had not been able to do until then.

Melvyn Richardson (right back of the France team, on BeIN Sports):

“We are coming to a time when we have already chained a lot of matches, in a room that we were discovering.

It was a bit difficult to get into the right rhythm.

But Vincent (Gérard) made the necessary stops to get us in and we gradually picked up the pace.

Everyone in the team can bring a plus to this team.

It is our great strength and it is up to us to use it.”

Guillaume Gille (coach of the France team, on BeIN Sports):

“The first period, we dominate the debates but that does not translate to the scoreboard because we made big mistakes which prevented us from flying away .

At the break, there was a bit of nervousness to find ourselves in a still tight match when all the lights were green.

But in the second half, our rotations wore Montenegro out.

What is certain is that the sequence of fights begins to be felt.

It squeaks a little on all floors and we are very careful in each case.
