The first title for 2023 in Israeli football will be awarded tonight (Wednesday) at the Shlomo Insurance Stadium in Petah Tikva, when Maccabi Netanya and Hapoel Beer Sheva hope to get their hands on the Toto Cup - just four days before the meeting between them in the league.
