From January 23 to 26, the 2,000 amateur clubs in France will vote (electronically) yes or no on the choice of the president-delegate proposed by Bernard Laporte.
The president of the FFR, who will withdraw from all his prerogatives pending his appeal trial, has appointed Patrick Buisson, current vice-president in charge of amateur rugby.
At 65, this enthusiast has known everything: player, club leader, president of the territorial committee of Provence and elected to the Federation since 2008.
